The INAUGURAL SESSION on SMART Cities - JOURNEY so far’, will witness the Honourable Minister of Housing and Urban Affairs (MoHUA) Mr Hardeep Puri ADDRESSING the Panel of distinct STAKEHOLDERS from the ECOSYSTEM on the Smart Cities PROGRESSES thus far, and the Key Smart City Announcements by the Central and State Governments and Latest Updates from the time the Smart Cities Projects have been announced since the present government took offices in 2014.

The Smart Cities CEO’s + Industry Round Table will INCLUDE CEO’s of the Smart City Projects that have very successfully kicked-off and are delivering from the front, including the Industry Partners and Players who are making the most ambitious project of the Government of India’s Smart Cities vision a SUCCESS that have been envisaged to ensure proliferation of technologies and to attract large scale, long term capital investments in to India’s Smart Cities sector while protecting consumer interest.
India-EU Dialogue on ICT for Smart Cities
This session will provide a platform to showcase India-EU cooperation in the field of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT). The focus will be on innovations, concrete cooperation experiences, and business partnership opportunities in the space of ICT for Smart Cities. This will include for example smart city cooperation, financing opportunities via the European Investment Bank (EIB), and India-EU cooperation on global standards for the emerging Internet of Things.
IDEA Pitch Competition
Jointly organized by ERAXESS India, the IDEA Pitch Competition is an unique platform that will provide an unprecedented opportunity for linking students and young entrepreneurs in INDIA to EUROPE who wish to showcase their innovations and business ideas, explore jobs and funding, partnership opportunities, interact with business experts, corporates and mentors, investors and venture capitalists, including top industry players and more!
The IDEA Pitch Competition will focus on applications of ICT (including m2m + iot + GIS) in various spheres of daily life and how ready are the product, services and solutions for go-to-market and positively and really impact the lives of the society at large.
THE BEST WILL BE REWARDED - The WINNERS of the IDEA Pitch Competition will receive the AWARDS from HE Mr Tomasz Kozlowski, Honourable Ambassador of the European Union.

The 5th edition of India m2m + iot Forum will be held at India Habitat Centre, New Delhi, India from 30 - 31 January 2018. The aim of the forum is to provide a platform for the students, researchers and scientists to present their latest study works and research results and perspectives for future works in the m2m + iot field.
The forum will include poster display and presentations at the posters display area at the forum, and provide space between venue and will be available for forum delegates and exhibition visitors to view throughout the forum days.
